It is served as a buffet in a spacious hall with vaulted ceilings, once used for wine production, where an original wooden wine press is still preserved. Breakfast is then enjoyed on the panoramic terrace, one of the most loved areas of the house, offering open views over the Tuscan hills all the way to the sea. Only in case of bad weather is it served indoors. The focus is on homemade and local products: every day we offer fresh homemade cakes, always different, local honey from a beekeeper in Casale Marittimo, selected jams, yogurt (in season also artisan from a local dairy), fresh bread from the village bakery and a selection of quality biscuits. A savory option is always available, including bruschetta, fresh tomatoes, local cheeses and cured meats, as well as eggs prepared fresh. Special attention is given to fruit: a wide selection of fresh seasonal fruit is available every day, with the possibility for guests to prepare their own juices and extracts using a juicer and extractor. Coffee is served in the traditional Italian way with moka directly at the table, while cappuccino, tea, herbal infusions and American coffee are also available. Gluten-free options and alternatives for specific dietary needs are available on request. An outdoor breakfast with a view, genuine products and a relaxed atmosphere – often remembered by guests as one of the highlights of their stay.
